Position Overview

Easipay are currently recruiting for Business Development Managers to join our growing team out in the field.

Working in an independent and positive environment, you will engage with new clients to offer the full business package to SME businesses and identify opportunities within a defined territory. The BDM will need to generate a pre-determined number of appointments on a daily / weekly basis from cold calling to self-generated leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients to promote our merchant services.
• Consult with business owners to understand their payment processing needs and challenges.
Present and articulate the benefits of our payment solutions, emphasizing security and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship building.

  • B2B/B2C field sales specialist.
  • Proven closer.
  • Charismatic.
  • Personable.
  • Great work ethic.
  • Good with figures.
  • Able to demonstrate a proven successful sales track record and methodology.
  • Ability to build strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Calm under pressure.
  • An excellent communicator – professional, polite and confident on the phone.
  • Can demonstrate influence and empathy.
  • Previous experience dealing with inbound calls in a customer services environment would be ideal but not essential.
    Time management.
